When a specialty service is needed (for example, certain watch work or design components), we partner with nearby Michigan artisans and design houses like Gabriel & Co.—then set stones and complete final inspection in-store.

We sketch and create a detailed CAD rendering so you can see proportions and design elements clearly.
Approval & Crafting
Choose stones, metals, and the meaningful details that make it yours. Once approved, our jewelers begin crafting.
Delivery & Aftercare
Your piece is ready to wear. We’ll walk you through care tips and offer pickup or delivery options.
